Pre-Registration

Welcome to Metro Urology! The physicians and staff look forward to serving your urologic healthcare needs. We strive to provide our adult and pediatric patients with cost-effective, quality care.

The Pre-Registration Department helps to ensure that Metro Urology has all of the needed information prior to your appointment. If you are a new patient to Metro Urology or an established patient that has not been seen within the last 3 months, please call the Pre-Registration line at 651.999.7021 prior to your appointment to ensure that all of your information is up-to-date. Failure to pre-register could delay your appointment. Please have your insurance card/s available at the time you call. When you come in for your appointment, bring any recent lab work and x-ray films. For your convenience we accept cash, checks and major credit cards as payment.

Additionally, you may call the Pre-Registration line 651.999.7021 at anytime to update any changes to your name, address, telephone number or insurance coverage.
